Customers can schedule pickups in just a few steps—no app download or account required.This feature is available to Enterprise plan customers and requires a one-time setup fee of $350. After receiving a custom iframe link from Cleantie Support, clients can embed the form on their website and begin accepting pickup requests within minutes.The system automatically verifies service areas by ZIP code, pre-fills customer information for existing Cleantie POS users, and securely handles encrypted address and payment data. Pickup requests notify the store and driver by text message and can be dispatched to in-house drivers or third-party services like Uber, DoorDash, or Shipday.
