The Monthly Plan is offered without a fixed-term commitment and may be cancelled at any time upon providing at least 30 days’ prior written notice.
The Annual Plan requires a minimum 12-month commitment and may not be cancelled prior to the end of the term, except as expressly set forth below.
To cancel, you must submit a written cancellation request via email to support@cleantie.com. The request must include your account details and will be processed in accordance with the applicable notice period.
If you wish to convert from an Annual Plan to a Monthly Plan, you must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the annual term. Upon such conversion, any onboarding fees previously waived under the Annual Plan will become immediately due and payable.
All fees, including but not limited to subscription fees, onboarding fees, setup fees, and any related charges, are non-refundable once services have been activated, provisioned, or access has been granted.
By subscribing to Cleantie services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all payments are final and that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
