We understand that getting started with a new platfrom can be a major task, and we want to ensure a smooth transition for you and your business.To provide you with dedicated support and guidance during the onboarding process, we have introduced an onetime onboarding fee. This fee covers a range of services, including:
  • 1:1 Guidance: Our team will work closely with you to assist in setting up your price list, ensuring that your products and services are correctly priced and aligned with your business goals.
  • Setup and Installation of Device Drivers for Invoice, Tag or and Label printers, scale , scanner, and cash drawer etc.
  • Employee Setup: We will guide you through the process of adding and setting up employees within our system, ensuring that everyone has the necessary access and permissions to perform their roles effectively.
  • Importing Customer List: If you have an existing customer list, we will help you import it into our system, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of customer relationships.
  • Setup Credit Card Processing and Laundry Card: We will handle the setup of credit card processing systems and laundry card for your business. This includes integrating and configuring the necessary Clover or Square hardware, software, and merchant accounts required for processing payments.
  • Setup your delivery routes, Cleantie customer app, and Shipday Dispatcher/Driver App, etc

    Premium plan is best for small operation, with No Pickup and Delivery option. Unlimited transactions. unlimited price list, unlimited customers. Unlimited Online Support. Price is based per location.
    The Integrated Credit Card nor Laundry card option is not included in the Premium plan.
    Cleantie’s Professional plan offers everything from the Premium plan, plus Integrated Credit Card and Laundry card option. This plan is best for mid-size operations. This plan offers you the freedom to utilize up to two stations!
    The Enterprise plan offers everything from the Professional Plan plus Cleantie Custpmer, driver and dispatcher app. Free Cleantie customer app allows your customers to request on demand pickup/delivery. Cleantie Driver app offers a complete and comprehensive route planning system with an optimization technology. Cut down on operating costs, reduce drive time and mileage, and improve customer service with Cleantie Dispatcher App. This plan offers you the freedom to utilize up to three stations! Each additional station will incur an extra charge of $25 per month.
    Absolutely. It only takes a few minutes to get up and running. You can import your price list using our simple price list template designed for Dry Cleaners, Alteration, Shoe Repair or laundromat operations. Or enter your own price list using our simple intuit interface.     There's no contract or commitment for the monthly plan, you're free to switch plans or cancel at any time with 30 days advance notice. With an annual subscription plan, you commit to the plan for at least 365 days before you could potentially churn.
     
    If, for any reason, you choose to cancel your subscription, send your cancellation request via email to support@cleantie.com. Please include your account details and the reason for cancellation in your email for prompt processing. Alternatively, you can select the cancellation option directly from your Cleantie account.
    Access and manage your Cleantie from your computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone anytime you choose.
    We require a credit card on file to configure your billing account and issue the free trial; however, no charges will be applied until the end of your 14-day trial period, or unless the plan is canceled. Please note we will charge the card up to $1 to verify that this card is available for online payments. The charge will be refunded upon successful authentication. The trial ends as soon as onbaording is initiated by our support team.
    Your subscription will commence under the following conditions:
    Onboarding Start: If you've already started the onboarding process, your subscription will begin from the date of onboarding initiation. This means that the countdown to your subscription period has already begun.

    14-Day Trial Period: If you haven't yet started the onboarding process, your subscription will automatically activate after a 14-day trial period. During this trial period, you'll have the opportunity to explore our platform. If you decide to continue with the subscription, no action is required from your end, and your subscription will begin automatically after the trial period ends.

    Cancellation Policy: If, for any reason, you choose to cancel your subscription during the trial period, you can do so without incurring any charges. Send your cancellation request via email to support@cleantie.com. Please include your account details and the reason for cancellation in your email for prompt processing. Alternatively, you can select the cancellation option directly from your Cleantie account. However, please note that if you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically start, and you will be billed accordingly.
    Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan that suits your needs from within the dashboard at any time, or contact our sales team.
    Cleantie processes Credit Cards through Clover, Square and Stripe using your own merchant account for Card Present or Card On File transactions. Let your customers pay how they want to pay. Dip or tap; credit or debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay and more. Clover Flex , Clover Mini and Square Payments are the easiest way to support Apple Pay, Google Pay, which enables friction-less credit card payments and eliminates the need to manually type card or shipping details. Your customers authorize payments through biometrics such as Apple's Face ID.

  • SMS pricing is based on the destination and type of message you’re sending. Our pay-as-you-go pricing gives you a fair price. We negotiate the best rates possible with our providers and then bill you for just your usage at cost (no markup).Cleantie uses Twilio platform, that has the most reliable and the most redundant telecommunications infrastructure. Pay as you go, that costs 5 cents per text message, no hidden fees. The cost includes carrier fee and sms cost with all mobile service providers"
