Cleantie’s Garment tracking system is a technology-driven process that assigns a unique pre-printed barcode to each garment. Every item is scanned throughout the assembly process providing real-time visibility into its location, processing status, and history. This helps improve accuracy, streamline operations, and reduce lost or misplaced garments. Our Garment Tracking System integrates seamlessly with iAssemble assembly-assisted software to help automate and simplify garment processing. From tagging and tracking to assembly and order verification, the integration improves workflow efficiency and gives staff real-time visibility into every garment moving through the plant.
Typical Workflow: Each garment, such as shirts, uniforms, or lab coats, is assigned a unique
barcode tracking number. This unique ID allows
the system to track every item individually throughout the entire process.
Check-In & Sorting: When garments arrive at the facility, the tags are scanned and linked to the
customer’s account and order details. Items are then sorted based on cleaning
type, route, department, or processing requirements.
Processing Stages : As garments move through cleaning, pressing, finishing, and quality control,
each stage is recorded by scanning the item. Staff and management can view the
real-time status and location of every garment within the facility.
Assembly & Packaging After processing is complete, garments are scanned again during assembly to
ensure all items belonging to the same customer are correctly matched together
before packaging and pickup or delivery.
Delivery & Pickup A final scan verifies that the correct garments are returned to the right
customer. This helps reduce order mix-ups, improve accuracy, and provide a
better customer experience.
